הזמנתי מפרחי לירון גלגל אבל להלוויתו של סבי ז"ל. ביקשתי במיוחד פרחים לבנים ואדומים ולקבלו בין השעות 9:00-9:30 בבוקר. הגלגל הגיע בשעה 9:20 בבוקר והיה עשוי בטוב טעם, מכובד ויפה. באותו זמן מצער למרות כל הצער היה לי חשוב להתקשר לחנות ולהודות להם באופן אישי על הגלגל ועל מעשה ידיהם. האדון שדיבר איתי הטלפון היה מאוד נחמד אדיב והביע את צערו בשעתי הקשה. אני מקווה שלא אצטרך את השירות הספציפי הזה בקרוב. אבל בטוח שלכל שירות אחר שאצטרך אתקשר אליהם בשנית.
