Welcome to the website and/or any new features that may be added to the website (including but not limited to: portal, application, phone calls, E-COMMERCE and MOBILE websites) associated with and managed by Kora Digital Ltd. Registration No. 516466588 (hereinafter: "the website" and/or "Kora Digital Ltd.").

Kora Digital Ltd. Registration No. 516466588 provides digital and/or phone order services only and is not responsible for the delivery service itself, product quality, its ingredients, allergenic product contents, and/or its kosher status, or any other service/product provided by the business.

The website serves as a convenient and online platform for ordering products from a variety of businesses across the country. Additionally, the website serves as an advertising platform for some of these businesses.

At Kora Digital Ltd., we strive to provide users with the best browsing experience. However, sometimes changes in product composition/prices may occur for reasons beyond our control.

All statements in these Terms of Use are in the masculine for convenience only.

Using, entering, and connecting to the website, including purchasing through the website, including purchasing through a phone call from any number published on the website and/or any other advertising means, constitutes confirmation that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement and all its terms as detailed in this document (hereinafter: "Website Terms and Conditions of Use"), the website's privacy policy and/or any change and/or amendment of the terms as published from time to time and any notice presented via the website. The Website Terms and Conditions of Use may change from time to time, and it is your duty to stay updated on them each time you visit the website.

The user declares and commits that they are competent and qualified to enter into this agreement and are over 18 years of age. If you do not agree to the above, you are not authorized to browse the website and use its services.

Since the Website Terms and Conditions of Use are a legally binding agreement, it is recommended that you read them carefully.

1. Definitions
   1. "The website" – The website at the address: www.hashve.co.il and/or any service and/or any other website of Kora Digital Ltd. and/or any new features added to Kora Digital Ltd.'s service, including but not limited to: portal, application, phone calls, E-COMMERCE and MOBILE websites, their employees, representatives, management.
   2. "The surfers", "the buyers", "the users", "the purchasers", "the orderer" – The surfers on the website who have made purchases through the website, or their representatives and/or the website users.
   3. "The products" – Any product offered for sale on the website.
   4. "The business" – Any business that advertises through "the website" and allows users to purchase and order products from them via "the website".
   5. "Coupon" – From time to time, a coupon benefit will be provided under varying conditions and discount levels. The website management can change the coupon conditions, discount levels, and anything else at their discretion.

   1. This website advertises products for ordering and receiving through delivery/self-pickup from "the business".

Therefore, Kora Digital Ltd. is not responsible for the correctness of information provided through the website and will not be liable in any way for any opinion, advice, or statement published on the website. The website will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any person relying on information or other content published and/or to be published on the website or conveyed to the website users.
   3. The website provides an easy, convenient, and online platform for ordering products, where the businesses do not necessarily hold stock.
   4. Receiving the delivery/self-pickup depends on available stock at the business from which the purchase was made.
   5. The website serves only as an intermediary between the buyer and the business and is not involved in the preparation, packaging, supply, and/or delivery process.
   6. At the time of ordering, the website presents the orderer with general details about the products, delivery, and other information as known.
   7. The pricing of the products is provided to us by the businesses, and we publish it accordingly. We do not control the pricing and are not responsible for it, including not knowing whether the price presented to us by the businesses is identical or different from the pricing presented at the business or their website.
   8. The images on the website were professionally photographed; however, for reasons beyond Kora Digital Ltd.'s control, there may be a gap between the images and the products due to upgrades/changes in the product/the interface differences (iPhone, iPad, etc.) and browsing resolution. All images are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the product.
   9. There may be deviations and inaccuracies in the information presented on the website regarding the businesses since it is provided to us by the businesses. We cannot guarantee its accuracy, such as available stock, product prices, shipping costs, and times.
   10. The website does not guarantee in any way that the service on the website will be uninterrupted, secure, high-quality, fast, and free of faults, and you are aware that the service may not be available in the future due to maintenance needs, upgrades, or any other reason.
   11. The website reserves the right to make changes, removals, and omissions to any content uploaded to the website by any of the users.
   12. Recommendations are uploaded to the website as is and are authentic as much as we can control it. Offensive/insulting language will not be permitted.
3. Purchasing Products
   1. The website allows the ordering of products for a buyer who wishes to order products displayed on the website online and/or through phone calls.
   2. By using the phone numbers displayed on the website, you approve receiving calls and messages.
   3. Orders on the website are subject to available stock at the business.
   4. The buyer fills in credit card details online and/or provides them over a phone call, which constitutes approval of their order.
   5. It is clarified that the details and information the user will be asked to provide include information directly necessary for providing services and/or purchasing products from the businesses on the website. Since the website serves only as an intermediary between the buyer and the business, the information will be transferred to the business for providing the products and/or services.
   6. If the desired product is unavailable at the business where the purchase was made, the website management and/or customer service and/or website employees may transfer the order to another business. In this case, the order information will be transferred to the other business for providing the products and/or services. In this case, the responsibility for the quality of the transaction, the quality of the order, the quality of its delivery, and all arising from it will be the responsibility of the business to which the order was transferred.
   7. It is emphasized that the website management reserves the right not to approve and/or cancel the order in any case where:
      1. Payment authorization for the products has not been received using the payment method provided by the buyer.
      2. No available stock remains for the order.
      3. The buyer does not meet the website's terms or usage rules.
      4. There is a reasonable suspicion that the buyer will not fulfill their obligation and/or may violate the terms of use.
      5. The buyer provided false and/or partial details.
      6. It turns out there was a human and/or technical error in displaying the product details, its price, payment terms, etc.
      7. There is a malfunction on the website and/or website services for any reason.
   8. The website management reserves the right not to approve and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
   9. Given that these are transactions for purchasing food/perishable goods as defined in Section 4c. (d) (1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, no option to cancel the transaction will be provided. The possibility to cancel the transaction will be conducted only with the business and at its sole discretion.
   10. Products that are not food or perishable goods can be canceled according to the Consumer Protection Law. Non-food or perishable goods can be returned/exchanged or canceled, in their original packaging that has not been opened, as stated in the Consumer Protection Law.
   11. It is clarified that shipping costs will not be refunded due to the cancellation of a transaction after delivery.
   12. To make a purchase of products on the website, personal details such as name, phone number, and email address must be entered, and the terms and conditions must be read and agreed to.
   13. The prices displayed on the website include VAT, as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
   14. The prices displayed on the website do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the product price during the purchase.
4. Payment Method and Order Confirmation
   1. When placing an order, the orderer will provide the payment method details, the payment method owner's details, and contact details with the payment method owner as requested when ordering the product (hereinafter: "payment details").
   2. Payment can be made by Visa, Isracard, MasterCard, and other payment methods as published on the website from time to time.
   3. You undertake to use the payment method lawfully and in accordance with the instructions of the payment method owner and/or issuer of the payment method.
   4. Without derogating from the generality of the above, if the surfer/buyer/orderer is not the payment method owner, the surfer undertakes that they have received full and irrevocable consent from the payment method owner to use their card and charge it for the purchase amount, all according to law.
   5. The buyer declares that they are competent to perform legally binding actions, in a manner and scope that matches the actual purchases made on the website.
   6. When purchasing online, the buyer will receive confirmation to the email address and/or SMS message entered by the buyer when ordering the product, confirming the order request and its details (hereinafter: "order confirmation"). Please ensure the correct address for delivery is entered. After the product order is confirmed and if the order was made online, a charge will be made, and an invoice will be sent for the transaction to the email address entered by the buyer when ordering the product. The buyer should ensure that the email sent did not enter the "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.
   7. The buyer declares that they understand that online transaction processing and charging will be carried out in a manner where Kora Digital Ltd. will process the full charge amount of the transaction and from this charge amount, Kora Digital Ltd. will deduct its fee based on the agreement with it. However, Kora Digital Ltd. has no responsibility for the quality of the transaction, the quality of the order, the quality of its delivery, and all arising from it. The website is only an intermediary between the buyer and the business.
   8. The charging method mentioned above does not transfer the legal responsibility burden of the business to Kora Digital Ltd.
   9. The buyer undertakes to provide accurate details about themselves and the payment method and its owner.
   10. The buyer undertakes to bear all payments imposed on them according to the price displayed on the website.
   11. The website records will constitute prima facie evidence of your purchase.
   12. Payment processing is performed by an external, secure party, and an order will be considered valid only after Kora Digital Ltd. has confirmed the order.
   13. When placing a phone order, you are subject to the website's terms and conditions, the website's terms of use, the website's privacy policy, and/or any appendix/terms added to the website.
   14. When placing a phone order and purchase, the order, charging, and payment are conducted directly with the "business," and it is the "business's" responsibility to keep the transaction details, confirm the order, and issue an invoice/receipt for the transaction. The website is only an intermediary between the buyer and the "business." Kora Digital Ltd. has no responsibility for the method and execution of the charge and payment, the quality of the transaction, the quality of the order, the quality of its delivery, and all arising from it.
   15. The buyer declares that they understand that if a phone purchase is made, transaction processing and charging will be conducted directly with the business. The business will process the full charge amount of the transaction, and from this amount, Kora Digital Ltd. will deduct its fee based on the agreement with it. Kora Digital Ltd. has no responsibility for the quality of the transaction, the quality of the order, the quality of its delivery, and all arising from it. The website is only an intermediary between the buyer and the business.
   16. In certain transactions conducted via the website and/or the business's website managed and operated by Kora Digital Ltd., the charge line as it appears in the credit card details may show the business's name from which you ordered.
5. Coupon Benefits
   1. From time to time, coupon benefits will be published, including varying terms and discounts.
   2. A coupon issued by the website is for one-time use and has a defined redemption period, which grants the buyer a benefit and/or discount on products for which the coupon can be redeemed. The benefit granted by the coupon can be redeemed once.
   3. Coupon redemption is subject to entering the relevant code in the designated place on the website and the coupon's validity.
6. Deliveries
   1. The product price displayed on the website does not include shipping costs. The shipping price is displayed separately on the website and may change from time to time.
   2. The delivery service is operated by the businesses or suppliers on their behalf, and Kora Digital has no part in the delivery system and therefore is not responsible for it.
   3. The orderer has the option to collect the order independently, without shipping costs.
   4. The self-collection address is according to the business location and in coordination with them.
7. Intellectual Property Ownership
   1. All rights and/or intellectual property published on the website are owned by the website and are protected by law, including accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, names, stories, dialogues, catchphrases, locations, ideas, artistic representations, animations, sounds, musical compositions, image and sound effects, operational methods, customer lists, market segmentation, user lists, graphics, information provided by users, and so on.
   2. Any copying, photographing, translation, storage in a database, transmission, or reception in any other way, by any electronic, optical mechanical, or any other means, unauthorized commercial use, in whole or in part, and/or creating a derivative work from the contents are strictly prohibited and constitute, among other things, a criminal offense, a civil and contractual wrong.
   3. If you wish to use any of the above, you must obtain written consent from the website management. If the rights ownership belongs to the businesses, the website management will refer you to them.
8. Limited Use License
   1. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this agreement, you are hereby granted a usage license for the website's services, including permission to browse the website.
   2. Any use not in accordance with the limited license, including browsing the website, will be considered a breach of this agreement.
   3. If you wish to make a purchase for another, you must inform them of the terms of this agreement.
   4. You undertake to protect the copyrights and/or intellectual property and/or other rights by any law of the website and/or users and/or businesses on the website and avoid harming and/or altering and/or disrupting the contents on the website or infringing on the rights of any third party.
   5. The content on this website is not professional advice and does not replace professional advice from professionals.

   7. It is strictly prohibited to perform robotic scanning of the website or place an unreasonable load on its servers without explicit written permission. Browsing the website using artificial intelligence or operating an automatic system that browses the website without written permission from the website management will be considered hacking the website servers, and the website management reserves the right to take legal action both criminally and civilly against the responsible party.
9. Jurisdiction
   1. The law governing this agreement regarding disputes between the surfers and/or buyers and the website is exclusively Israeli law, and any dispute regarding this agreement, including its applicability, will be discussed in the competent court in the Dan - Petah Tikva district only.
